At Eric Siegel Law, our Washington, D.C. based team pairs more than 30 years of trial and courtroom experience with a genuine commitment to protecting hard-working people and the businesses that serve them. Founding attorney Eric L. Siegel is a former U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division trial attorney and an AV Preeminent–rated, 10.0 Avvo–rated litigator whose recognition includes TopVerdict’s Top 100 Labor & Employment Jury Verdicts (2022). 

Alongside him, Senior Counsel Andrew Schroeder brings over 20 years in employment litigation, and Senior Counsel James E. Miller—a former Coast Guard officer and U.S. Army employment lawyer—rounds out a bench supported by experienced paralegals Nicole Davis, Megan Harrington, and LeShante Henry.

A core focus of our team is disability rights. We handle ADA website litigation and advise on ADA compliance, and we confront employment disability discrimination in all its forms, including disabled job applicants discriminating practices, accommodation failure, and disability accommodation failure. When workers face disability retaliation, medical leave termination, or work termination based on disability, we hold employers accountable for unlawfully treating a disability person or engaging in unfair workplace disability treatment. In plain language, Mr. Siegel is.. impeccable! My case had gone South real quick and I mean real quick. I had contacted him  after contacting seven, yes seven different lawyers and each one of them wanted a $500 consultation fee. This was just to hear my case and tell me whether it was a good case or a bad case. They listen to me and said I had no case and that was it. They basically took the money and ran. I came across Mr. Siegel's online ad. Mr. Siegel has NO consultation fee. He will not leave your case like some other lawyers will. Stating a reason of some sort. Mr. Siegel is very direct and to the point. He is very professional, has a good bed side manner, and he does not chit chat too much. He will keep in contact with you about your case ,but again a quick convo. This is to keep the cost down. It may sound rude when talking to him, but he's trying to keep YOUR (mine)cost down and I appreciate that. He went on the facts that I had given him and did an impeccable job on my behalf, of resolving my case. I reached out to a dozen attorneys about my potential employment case. I'd done my homework, but it was hard to find the right match. My situation required a rare mix of employment law, False Claims Act experience, security compliance knowledge, and retaliation expertise.
