Biography

Andrew Schroeder has been working in employment law for more than twenty years.  He has been involved in a wide variety of retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower cases in an array of industries, including banking, consumer products, hospitality, government contracting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.  He has also advised officers and high-level executives in both the corporate and non-profit sectors on their rights and negotiated employment-related agreements on their behalf.  He has litigated cases in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration, and has represented employees before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor, the EEOC, and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Mr. Schroeder has worked with a number of prominent civil rights and employment law firms.

Mr. Schroeder lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter.  A native of Wisconsin, he owns one share of stock in the Green Bay Packers.
